Editorial methods and sources
What the articles contain
We use manufacturer manuals for model-specific instructions, programme publishers for their equipment requirements and local authorities for jurisdiction-specific building information. Each guide links the sources used. Our contribution is to explain the choices and connect equipment, room and training requirements, including clearly labelled planning examples.
What we have not verified
A manufacturer's specification is not our test result. We do not award product scores, imply hands-on experience or treat marketing claims as independent evidence. Prices, stock, warranties and delivery terms can differ by seller, model and country; we include them only when the exact offer has been checked. The current guides do not rank products or advertise verified live offers.
Examples and safety
Worked layouts and budget examples explain a method; they are not measured installations or current quotes. A room plan cannot establish floor strength or anchor suitability. Our training guides analyse published equipment requirements rather than prescribe exercise for an individual's health or ability. We keep important limitations beside the advice they qualify.
