Home cardio equipment

Plan treadmill delivery, operating space, folding storage and maintenance access before buying.

Separate operating size from stored size

A folding treadmill still needs a suitable place to run. Compare the manufacturer's operating dimensions and required clearance with the folded dimensions, then check whether folding and moving it will be practical in your room. Do not use a stored footprint to draw the exercise area.

Check the route in and the service route

Read the delivery terms before assuming a heavy machine will be carried upstairs or assembled. Record doors, turns, steps and the final position. Access for inspection and maintenance matters after delivery too; a treadmill squeezed against other equipment may be difficult to look after even if its base fits.

Planning in United States

Plan the garage or basement around delivery access, overhead doors and local permit requirements. Ask the seller for the exact US manual, installed dimensions and delivered price; model names do not prove attachment compatibility.
